All terms related to service delivery, payment, refunds, cancellations, liability, and termination are governed by the signed Service Agreement, not by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply only to your use of this Website.

6. User Information

When you provide information to us through our contact forms, booking forms, or other means, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Note: We do not offer public user accounts or registration on our website. If you become a client and sign a Service Agreement, you will receive access to a secure client portal, and account management will be governed by your Service Agreement.

SETTLEREP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SETTLEREP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
